摘要
目的在内窥镜下直接祛除形成动力性皱纹肌肉,达到为微创、直接的整形效果。方法术中应用德国Medica硬质内镜,并配以环形电极,直接切除或切断肌肉并止血以达到微创、无血、便捷的手术效果。结果本组22例效果均优良。结论在祛除动力性皱纹肌肉方面,此方法更直接、无血、便捷。
Objective Rhytidectomy was carried out by means of endoscope controlled electroexcision for wrinkles formation related muscle,so as to achieve mini-invasive and direct reshaping effect.Methods Medica hard endoscope combined annular electrode was directly used in muscle resection or cutting.Results The operative results of the 22 cases were satisfactory.Conclusion Endoscope controlled electroexcision for wrinkles formation related muscle is direct,mini-invasive,rapid and convenient.
