危重患者营养支持研究 被引量:2

摘要 危重患者具有高分解代谢,负氮平衡,负热量平衡,消化吸收功能障碍等特点,对营养素的需求增加,及时提供营养支持对挽救患者生命,减少并发症,降低病死率有重要作用。如何进行有效的营养支持,有较多争论,现总结我院ICU患者的治疗情况报道如下:
