摘要
改革开放以来,我国的外汇储备经历了从严重不足到持有量过剩的飞速发展历程。文章结合这一现实,指出新时期超额的外汇储备,一方面表明了我国经济地位的增强和抗御风险能力的提高,另一方面也反映了我国经融体系内存在着一些矛盾。由此提出了进一步完善我国金融市场和外汇管理体制的对策,以达到变"藏汇于国"为"藏汇于民",促进我国外汇储备合理发展的目的。
Ever since the reform and opening-up, China has undergone the process of inadequacy to excessiveness of foreign currency reserves. In this paper, the author points out that the excessive foreign currency reserves in the new era indicate the strengthening of the economic status of China in the world and the enhancement of the capacity of China in counteracting risks, and at the same time, they reflect the contradictions in Chinese financial system.
