摘要
本文从法律角度上,初步研究了目前大学生就业过程中出现的热点问题:就业歧视,合同签订及工伤认定等,进而希望大学生在求职就业过程中能够采取有效措施维护自己的合法权益。
This research focuses on the hot spots of college student employment:employment discrimination,signing of contract and determination of the industrial injury in the eyes of law,therefore,more and more college students could take suitable actions to protect their own rights in applying for a job.
