摘要 针对目前高师音乐专业学生就业的现状,实践操作能力已经成为高师音乐专业学生能否顺利就业的关键,通过对高师音乐专业学生就业能力的定义和内容进行分析,以培养高师音乐专业学生的实践操作能力为重点,探讨了以微格教学为实训手段培养高师音乐专业学生的实践操作能力等问题。 Due to the unbalance between social demands for graduates in music and its increasing number, music-major students of normal universities meet more fierce competition in finding jobs.
