摘要
实现房地产开发项目的信息化管理可以帮助房地产企业改进业务流程,使之系统化、标准化、科学化。将流程再造理论运用于房地产企业项目管理信息化系统建设中,在具体分析了流程再造理论与企业信息化建设关系的基础上,设计了基于业务流程再造理论的房地产企业项目管理信息化系统。
Business processes of real estate enterprise can be improved by informatization management which makes the business processes systematic,standard and scientific. Theory of Business Process Reengineering(BPR)is applied to the informatization construction of project management for real estate enterprise. Based on the BPR theory and the relationship between it and enterprise s informatization construction,an informatization management system is designed.
