摘要
根据21世纪世界教育改革的要求,针对当前高校大学生在体育学习中存在的一些问题,在普通高校体育课教学中引入元学习理论。为了建立大学生在体育学习方面的元学习方法、培养学生的元学习能力、实现终身体育的教学目标。通过分析揭示了元学习理论和相关理论的内涵、结构及研究意义,对元学习理论在体育教学中的作用与意义利用案例进行的分析和验证,为21世纪的教育改革,为实现终身体育的目标献计献策。
