摘要
本文通过对第一批28所国家示范性高职院校建设方案的分析,发现几乎所有学校都有一种以上的培养模式,同时发现三明治式、工学交替、工学结合和订单模式占总培养模式的65.16%,另外还发现在高职人才培养模式的内涵、名称、结构、内容、关键要素等方面也存在不少问题。本文对上述方面进行了深入的探讨。
By analyzing the construction plans of the fist higher vocational colleges of the state s demonstration construction,we find:all schools have more than one talent training model;65.16% of all models are Sandwich teaching model,the model of study alternating with practice,the model of combination of study and work and the model of the contract education;there are some problems in connotation,names,structures,contents and key elements of the models.The paper discusses them deeply.
