摘要
以H2O2活化的锌粉和活性炭为原料制备了氧化锌微晶管,并运用XRD、SEM、PL、Raman等技术对所制备的样品进行表征。结果表明,所制备的氧化锌微晶管外壁切面为六边形、管长/管径较大的一维管状结构。激发波长为380 nm时,晶体光致发光分别为紫外近带边(383 nm)和绿光发射峰(500 nm),但绿光发射峰强度远不如紫外近带边发射峰,制备的氧化锌微管晶体缺陷密度较低且晶体的质量较好。
ZnO microcrystal tubes were prepared using H2O2-activated Zn powder and active carbon as raw materials.X-ray diffraction(XRD),scanning electron microscopy(SEM),fluorescence spectrophotometer(PL) and Raman spectrum have been used to characterize the ZnO microcrystal tubes.The results indicat that ZnO microcrystal tubes are one dimensional tubular structure,which exhibited the cutting surface of intine and ectotheca of hexagon shape and larger slenderness ratio.When the excitation wavelength is 380 nm,there a...
