摘要
创业是个发现、捕捉机会并创造出新颖产品或服务,实现其潜在价值的过程。创业的成功不仅与所面临的内外环境密切相关,更取决于创业者的综合素质。用创业胜任力的方法对创业者的特质进行研究日益成为国内外许多学者与企业界关注的热点。在创业背景下,以胜任力理论研究为基础,从投入、过程、结果的层面对国内外的创业胜任力研究现状进行述评,并从模型实际应用的角度出发,探析国内外创业胜任力研究有待完善之处,使其有助于更好地提高企业组织绩效。
