摘要
为有效解决传统爆炸焊接中普遍存在的药量偏大问题 ,依据复合板的爆炸焊接试验和力学性能测试得出 :在采用不等厚度布药工艺条件下 ,爆炸焊接的最小装药量可比传统理论下限药量降低 2 5 %左右 ,且复合板焊合率稳定在 98%以上 ,且局部无裂纹、整体变形小。不仅节约了能源、降低了成本 ,减轻了对环境的危害 。
It is discovered that the least dynamite amount in experiment is lower about 25% than the traditional one by experiment of explosive welding and the test of mechanical performance of the composite plate based on the new technique of unequal thickness dynamite-distributing.By saving the dynamite amount,the cost and damage to environment can be reduced,and the quality of welding composite plate is improved.
