摘要
祖先崇拜作为彝族的崇高宗教信仰制约着彝族生活的各个方面,彝族习惯法关于伤害耳罪的规定,是受祖先崇拜制约而产生的习惯法。法理通教理,教理制约法理。对彝族地区立法必须考虑到法律与宗教的关系,才能避免国家制定法与民族习惯法的法冲突,是维护民族地区和谐的前提。
