摘要
建立了平头圆柱杆体垂直撞击带盖板炸药的临界起爆能量准则 .通过理论计算 ,确定了杆体撞击炸药后冲击起爆的阈值 ,并与试验结果符合很好 .研究结果表明 ,当盖板小于临界厚度 ,冲击起爆机制是主控机制 ,可以用临界能量准则来描述 ;对于大于临界厚度的盖板 ,由于受 2种起爆机制的影响 。
The critical energy criterion used to predict covered explosives normally impacted by cylindrical rod is established. Through the theoretical calculation, shock initiation threshold of explosives is determined and accords with experiment data well. Research work also indicates that shock initiation is main mechanism when barrier thickness is less than critical thickness and critical energy criterion could be applied. Two initiation mechanisms affect the process. Because of the influence of two initiation mechanisms, the shock initiation criterion is not applicable to the condition that the barrier thickness is more than the critical barrier value.
