摘要
目的观察别嘌醇对合并高尿酸血症的慢性心力衰竭患者心功能的影响。方法选择心衰伴高尿酸血症患者40例,随机分为常规治疗组和别嘌醇组,后者在基本的抗心衰治疗上加用别嘌醇0.3 g/d,疗程12周。采用多普勒超声心动图测定LVEF及E/A值。同时测定血尿酸、尿素氮及肌酐。结果别嘌醇组尿酸降低(P<0.01),LVEF值增加(P<0.01),E/A值增加(P<0.01),LEVF值的增加与尿酸降低不相关,E/A值的增加与尿酸降低相关。结论别嘌醇改善伴高尿酸血症CHF患者心功能,可能与抑制氧化应激和减少尿酸生成以及改善心肌钙分布的不平衡状态有关。
