摘要
在QC小组活动的对策实施阶段,为了从每个要因的多个水平中找出最佳水平,利用正交试验法安排了4因子4水平的试验,并对试验结果进行了极差分析和方差分析,从中找出了每个要因的最佳水平.最佳水平在设备上应用以后,小组的活动目标顺利实现,并且其他指标也有了明显的改善.利用正交试验法不仅省时省力地解决了问题,而且也提升了QC成果的水平.
In order to find the best causative level from many levels in the QC group stage of the implementation phase,making arrangements for four factors of four levels exerpriments by virtue of orthogonal experiment,and analyzing the experiment result with the method of range and square,the best level of every factor is found out.After the best level is applied to facility,the target of QC group has been smoothly accomplished.The use of orthogonal experiment not only saves time and effort to solve the problem,but ...
