摘要
目的:探究电针治疗抑郁症的作用机制。方法:将健康Wistar大鼠随机分为正常组10只,模型组和电针组各11只,慢性应激法21 d造模。电针组选穴"百会""三阴交",以频率2 Hz、电流强度1 mA,行电针治疗20 min,每日1次。14 d后处死动物,通过免疫组化法测定5-羟色胺(5-HT)和乙酰胆碱酯酶(AChE)在海马区的积分吸光度(IOD)值。结果:造模后造模组与正常组比较,水平、垂直运动次数和糖水消耗量均减少(P<0.001)。模型组与正常组相比,5-HT和AChE的IOD值减小(P<0.05);电针组与模型组相比,两指标的IOD值明显升高(P<0.05)。结论:抑郁大鼠海马5-HT和AChE活性降低,电针可明显提高大鼠海马中5-HT、AChE的表达,从而发挥其抗抑郁作用。
