超临界CO_2萃取佛手挥发油的工艺研究及GC-MS分析 被引量:11

摘要 本实验运用超临界CO2萃取技术提取佛手挥发油,采用正交试验研究萃取温度、萃取压力、分离温度、分离压力等因素对佛手挥发油萃取率及成分的影响,以提取率为主要标准,确定最佳工艺条件。结果表明:萃取温度60℃,萃取压力40MPa,分离温度35℃,分离压力10MPa为最佳提取工艺。挥发油产品透明、橙黄、有浓郁的香味。通过GC-MS分析,鉴定出54种主要成分。 In this study supercritical fluid CO2 extraction was applied to extract bergamot essential oil,orthogonal designing was used to study the influence of extracting temperature,extracting pressure,separating temperature and separating pressure on the extracting ratio of bergamot essential oil and its components. Using extracting ratio as the main standard,technological conditions was optimized and underlay the future realization of industrial-scale production.
