截齿锻件冷锻成形工艺分析

摘要 根据截齿锻件的形状特点,制定其冷锻成形工艺方案,即制坯、预成形与终锻成形。采用镦粗预成形时,易发生局部失稳现象,无法获得合格的截齿锻件。针对该问题,提出正挤预成形的改进工艺方案,并进行三维有限元模拟,模拟结果表明改进方案合理可行。在此基础上,设计出截齿锻件模具实现了截齿锻件的批量生产。 According to the geometric features of pick forging,its cold forging process was put forward,which includes three processes of billet-making,preforming and final forming.Local plastic instability tended to take place during the upset performing process,thus the pick forging was hard to be obtained.Aim to the problem,an improved scheme of forward extrusion preforming process was given and the 3D simulation was performed.Results showed that the improved scheme was reasonable and feasible.The pick forging die ...
