摘要
本文探讨的是中国大学英语教师赴美国底特律大学参加的为期三周的教师职业发展项目海外培训的成效。重点探讨中国大学英语教师在此次项目中的收获和感想、项目存在的问题以及对项目的改进意见,以期为以后更好开展大学英语教师职业发展的海外培训项目提供建设性的意见和建议。
This article explores the experiences of Chinese teachers of English as a Second Language participating in a three-week training program in Detroit Michigan, USA. Issues arising from feedback and reflections on the program are discussed, followed at the end of the article by suggestions for the overseas training program.
