摘要
图们江地区路港合作开发是大图们江开发的重点领域,但由于受到诸多制约因素影响而进展缓慢。参与大图们江开发是吉林省对外开放战略的重要组成部分,因而吉林省应审时度势,准确把握图们江地区周边政治、经济环境的变化,适时调整参与图们江地区路港合作开发的策略。
