摘要
目的:探讨丁黄洗剂治疗尿毒症皮肤瘙痒的作用机理。目的:采用5/6肾切除制备大鼠肾衰模型,检测各组大鼠肾功能及血浆P物质含量,同时免疫组化法检测各组大鼠皮肤的P物质表达。结果:肾衰模型大鼠血浆P物质含量明显升高,皮肤P物质表达明显增强;丁黄洗剂可明显减轻皮肤组织的P物质表达剂。结论:丁黄洗剂的止痒作用与减少皮肤局部P物质表达有关。
Objective:To discuss the mechanism of dinghuang lotion on cutaneous pruritus caused by urinaemia. Methods:Models with renal failure were made by 5/6 nephrectomize, abdominal subcutaneous injecting substance P, dinghuang lotion was smeared on the local skin of injecting, scratching times were recorded, rats’ serum SCr, BUN and substance P were tested by ELISA, expression of substance P was examined by immunocytochemistry. Results:Serum substance P concentration in rats with 5/6 nephrectomize increased obviously, dinghuang lotion could lowered the substance P level in rats with renal failure. The expression of substance P were enhanced in skin of 5/6 nephrectomiz rats, dinghuang l otion could reduce the expresion. The scratching times in model rats were more than normal, dinghuang lotion could decrease the scratching times of renal failure rats significantly. Conclusion: Lowering substance P expression maybe one of the mechanism that dinghuang lotion treats cutaneous pruritus caused by urinaemia effectively.
