大型Kaplan水轮机转轮密封改进

摘要 葛洲坝等几个水电站的Kaplan水轮机的转轮密封采用"λ"型结构,在运用中常常出现密封失效现象,造成大量漏油环境污染。葛洲坝水电站改用了一种摩擦系数小的多层"V"型密封,双向布置,收到了好的效果。 The "λ" type runner seal of large Kaplan turbine installed in Gezhouba Hydropower Station and some other hydropower stations often failed in operation and resulted a great quantity of oil leakage and water pollution.Now,a bidirectional layed multi-layer "V" type runner seal with low frictional behavior is adopted to replace the failed seal in Gezhouba Hydropower Station.Good result is achieved.
