摘要
通过有限元模拟分析了圆孔蜂窝梁在承受弯曲作用时的刚度、强度和稳定性情况.通过分析蜂窝梁在不同截面上的应力分布情况以及蜂窝孔数目对梁的受力特性和承载能力的影响,得到了蜂窝梁在设计中应该考虑的一些问题.从有限元分析中发现,将H型钢或工字形钢通过切割扩高而形成的蜂窝梁在强度和刚度方面都有了很大提高,但是发生强度破坏时,由于应力集中的原因,破坏会发生在蜂窝孔附近.蜂窝孔数目的多少对梁的整体稳定则基本没有影响,在设计中可以按照H型钢稳定性计算方法进行校验.
The stiffness,strength and global stability of a honeycomb beam under bending moment are analyzed using finite element method.Through the analysis of the stress distributions on different cross sections and the effect of the number of the holes on the bearing capacity of the honeycomb beam,some aspects which should be considered in design stage are presented.From the finite element analysis,it is found that the stiffness and strength are both improved greatly for a honeycomb beam formed from a H-shape or an...
