缺氧-缺血性脑病新生儿尿酶的改变及其临床意义

The changes and significance of urinary enzymes in neonates with hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy

摘要 目的探讨缺氧-缺血性脑病(HIE)新生儿尿中N-乙酰-β-D氨基葡萄糖苷酶(NAG)和β-D-半乳糖苷酶(GAL)的改变及临床意义。方法28例轻度HIE患儿(轻度组)和29例中重度HIE患儿(重度组)作为研究对象,25例正常足月新生儿作为对照组,采用终点法测定尿中NAG和GAL。结果重度组尿NAG为(56.60±10.63)U/gcr,明显高于轻度组的(16.98±7.06)U/gcr和对照组的(16.82±4.43)U/gcr(P<0.01)。重度组尿GAL为(22.66±5.52)U/gcr,明显高于轻度组的(10.94±3.55)U/gcr和对照组的(8.54±2.58)U/gcr,轻度组尿GAL亦明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论HIE患儿尿NAG、GAL均有显著改变,且和HIE的程度有关。 Objective To investigate the changes and clinical significance of N-acetyl-beta-D-glucosaminidase(NAG) and beta-D-galactosidease(GAL) in urine of neonates with hypoxic-ischmemic encephalopathy (HIE).Methods The urine levels of NAG and GAL were measured by end-point method in 29 neonates with moderate to severe HIE(group S),28 neonates with mild HIE(group M),and 25 normal neonates as the controls(group C).Results The level of urinary NAG in group S was(56.60±10.63) U/gcr,which was significantly higher than(1...
