摘要
采用两步法合成松节油聚氨酯丙烯酸酯(TPUA)。用FT-IR和DMA对产品进行表征和测试,考察了紫外光固化涂料固化涂膜的柔韧性、铅笔硬度、耐水性、耐化学腐蚀性、附着力等性能。结果表明,松节油聚氨酯丙烯酸酯固化涂膜性能良好,能够达到使用要求。
The title UV-curable Turpentine polyurethane acrylate(TPUA) was synthesized by two step process.The product was characterize by IR and DMA.The coatings film properties of TPUA,such as flexi-lity,pencil hardness,waterproofness,chemical resistance and adhesion were examed.The results show that the properties of UV cured TPUA coatings film were satisfied,which could meet the requirement of end used.
