摘要
对重载冷挤压模具用LD钢在实际生产使用中热加工出现的问题和解决方法作了工艺研究探讨。研究采用高低倍组织观察,常规力学性能测试和断口观察分析不同状态下材料的组织变化。通过对材料的冶金质量分析,证实引起重载冷挤压模具开裂的主要原因是粗大共晶碳化物。通过电渣重熔+锻造+球化退火热加工工艺有效改善材料的冶金质量,细化和减少共晶碳化物,增加模具淬火状态下的合金固溶含量,回火过程中Cr、Mo、V碳化物的稳定弥散析出,提高了模具的抗压强度和韧性。
Technique problems appeared in producing LD steel for heavy- loaded cold extrusion moulds and service period,and its solving method were studied. Metallurgical quality analysis proved that the main factor leading to cracking of the moulds was big eutectic carbide particles.Hot working processes such as electroslag remelting, forging and spheroidizing annealing,could improve metallurgical quality of material, reduce and refine eutectic carbide, as well as increase solid solution quantity in quenching mould. ...
