摘要
掘进机截割电机机壳结构特殊且受力状态复杂,为确保其设计性能满足掘进机截割的各种工况条件,需要对其应力分布规律进行全面了解。对掘进机截割电机机壳建立有限元分析模型,并进行多工况多位置应力分析研究,通过讨论有限元计算结果,从VON MISES等效应力分布出发,全面分析了掘进机截割电机机壳的强度、刚度等结构力学性能。分析结果表明,该截割电机机壳结构设计合理,具有足够的强度和刚度。
