摘要
目的:研究亚硒酸钠与丹参注射液联合应用的抗血栓作用,寻求两药配伍使用的最佳剂量。方法:采用L9(34)的正交设计方法,考察药物对下腔静脉结扎法形成血栓的影响。结果:亚硒酸钠与丹参注射液最佳剂量组合为亚硒酸钠高剂量与丹参注射液中剂量。结论:亚硒酸钠高剂量(1×10-3 g/kg)与丹参注射液中剂量(3.75g/kg)伍用抗血栓效果最佳。
Objective:To research Sodium selenite and salvia miltiorrhiza injection combined application on anti-thrombus effect,to find the best dosage on the two medicines.Methods: To use the method of orthogonal design L9(34),to inspect the influence about medicine on thrombus formation to the inferior vena cava ligation method.Results: The best dosage on the Sodium selenite and Salvia miltiorrhiza injection is sodium selenite high dose and the salvia miltiorrhiza injection middle dosage.Conclusion: The sodium selen...
