摘要
对滑油冷却系统传统设计方法进行了研究.基于对换热器散热特性、减速器对滑油加热规律、系统热耦合过程的分析,提出了针对直升机减速器滑油冷却系统的改进设计方法,使得系统热耦合时滑油温度的计算和换热器的设计更为简捷,并考虑了变工况对系统热性能的影响,提高了系统设计的可靠性和效率.以某直升机减速器系统为例,编制了改进设计方法的VC++程序,进行了该减速器滑油系统的冷却设计,其设计结果与理论分析相吻合.
