摘要
幸福是教师职场的一种可能生活,直接存在于教师的创造性和给予性活动中。要实现这种可能幸福,需要教师确立正确的幸福观、形成积极的幸福体悟性向、达成与客观实际相一致的主观幸福体验,同时还需要教师不断提升生命境界、端正职业认识、增强对教育活动的主体实践能力。
Happiness is a possible professional life for teachers,which exists in creative and devoted action.Its realization requires teachers to foster correct happiness outlook,to have an active taste of their professional happiness and to form correct consciousness of the objective reality of happiness.Its realization also requires teachers to upright their personality and their occupation cognition,to strengthen their ability of educating unceasingly.
