摘要
目的:应用超临界快速膨胀技术制备中药厚朴超临界CO2流体(SCF-CO2)萃取物纳米液,并结合正交实验优选最佳工艺。方法:以平均粒径、厚朴酚、和厚朴酚的总酚含量为考察指标,采用L9(34)正交实验,对影响RESS制备厚朴纳米液的因素(萃取温度、萃取压力、喷嘴孔径、预膨胀温度)进行优选。结果:最佳制备条件为:萃取温度50℃,萃取压力25MPa,喷嘴孔径200μm,预膨胀温度30℃;此条件下得到乳白色澄清纳米液,平均粒径为303.50nm,纳米液中总酚含量为0.172g·L-1,低温密封放置1个月内仍保持稳定。结论:该技术稳定可行,且操作温度低,工艺流程简单,对环境无污染,无有机溶剂残留。
