摘要
目的:对单面针茎的化学成分进行研究。方法:大孔树脂和硅胶色谱分离化合物,波谱法进行结构鉴定。结果:从单面针茎中分离得到7个化合物,分别鉴定为5,8-二甲氧基-3,4环氧呋喃香豆素(1),异茴芹素(2),β-谷甾醇(3),羽扇豆醇(4),新橙皮苷(5),胡萝卜苷(6),熊果酸(7)。结论:7个化合物均为首次从该植物中分离得到,其中5,8-二甲氧基-3,4环氧呋喃香豆素为新化合物。
Objective: To study the chemical constituents from the stems of Zanthoxylum dissitum.Method: Column chromatography on macroporous resin and silica gel,and spectral analysis were used to isolate and elucidate the constituents.Result: Seven compounds were isolated and identified as 5,8-dimethoxyethane-3,4-epoxy-furanocoumarin(1),isoimpinellin(2),β-sitosterol(3),lupeol(4),neohesperidin(5),β-daucosterol(6),ursolic acid(7).Conclusion: All above the compounds were isolated from the plant for the first time and th...
