Studies on chemical constituents from rhizomes of Hedychium chrysoleucum

摘要 目的:研究黄白姜花Hedychium chrysoleucum根状茎的化学成分。方法:利用乙醇提取和蒸馏提取,硅胶柱进行分离纯化,通过波谱技术鉴定化合物的结构。结果:分离得到7个化合物,分别鉴定为姜花酮(1),姜花素A(2),滇姜花素A(3),姜花素E(4),β-谷甾醇(5),柳杉二醇(6)和β-桉醇(7)。结论:化合物1~7为首次从黄白姜花中分离得到。 Objective:To investigate the chemical constituents from the rhizome of Hedychium chrysoleucum.Method.The compounds were isolated by column chromatography on silica gel.The structures were identified by NMR,IR and MS analyses. Result.Seven compounds were isolated and identified as hedychenone (1),coronarin A (2),yunnancoronarin A (3),coronarin E (4),β-sitosteroi (5),cryptomeridiol (6),andβ-eudesmol (7).Conclusion:Compounds 1-7 were obtained from this plant for the first time.
