摘要
探索了阴极电泳涂装前处理工艺,讨论了封孔对磁体耐蚀性能的影响及磷化、钝化工艺对磁体漆膜耐蚀性能的提高,用盐雾试验、湿热加速腐蚀试验对各工艺的阴极电泳涂层耐蚀性能做了比较。实验表明封孔有利于提高漆膜耐蚀能力。确定了耐蚀性能好的阴极电泳涂装前处理工艺为:磁体→封孔→水洗→固化→磷化→水洗→电泳→水洗→烘烤,根据本工艺,采用自制钕铁硼专用阴极电泳涂料对磁体进行阴极电泳涂装,可以获得高耐蚀性能的防腐涂层:耐盐雾400h以上,耐湿热1200h以上,耐盐水浸泡120h以上。
This paper explored the pretreatment technology of cathode electropainting,discussed the influences of seal hole,phosphating and passivating for anticorrosion of NdFeB permanent magnetic materiats,compared the anticorrosion of several technology with NSS test and humidity cabined test,defined the pretreatment technology of cathode electropainting.This technology is seal hole→water cleaning→curing→phosphating→cleaning→electropainting→cleaning→curing.
