摘要
根据国内石膏型混合料的现状,选用不同材料、不同比例的石膏型混合料,采用正交实验法测定其工艺性能。混合料中的填料为:石英砂和铝矾土。石膏型混合料主要的工艺性能有:线膨胀率、抗拉强度、流动性和胶凝时间。影响混合料工艺性能的主要因素是:填料种类、加水量和填料加入量。试验确定并证实了一种性能优异的石膏型混合料的最佳配比:填料是石英砂,加水量是35%,填料加入量是60%。
