摘要
针对目前国内铸造真空系统普遍存在的真空泵选型和负压罐容积不合理问题,在大量考察现有各种消失模与V法铸造真空系统的基础上,根据流体力学理论计算,得出真空系统负压罐容积参数的计算公式及泵的选择配置原则:泵的抽速选定约在砂箱总体积的3.75倍,而负压罐体积为砂箱总体积的1.3~1.5倍。
This paper aims to study the existent problems of vacuum systems in domestic foundries through spot inspections and theoretical calculation based on hydromechanics.Also,principles for vacuum pump selection and reasonable methods for calculating the capacity of dust separators are given.Generally,the amount of pump capacity should be about 3.75 times the total volume of all flasks;while capacity of the dust separator is approximately 1.3~1.5 times that of all flasks.
