肋软骨骨折的多层螺旋CT成像 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨多层螺旋CT(MSCT)成像在肋软骨骨折诊断中的应用价值。方法用螺旋CT机按照常规扫描条件对28例胸部外伤患者进行MSCT容积扫描和薄层重建。于EBW工作站上进行容积重建(VR)、最大密度投影(MIP)、多平面重建(MPR),对图像进行后处理。结果28例胸部外伤患者,螺旋CT检查共发现肋软骨骨折36处,肋骨骨折12处。结论MSCT肋软骨成像能清晰显示骨折部位、数目及断端移位情况。
