摘要
文章以科技查新工作中委托人为研究对象,分析了委托人的特点及对待科技查新的几种常见态度。提出了促使查新委托人重视科技查新的措施,以利于更好地发挥委托人在科技查新中的重要作用。
This paper takes the clients in the sci-tech novelty retrieval as the object of study,analyzes characteristics and several common manners of the clients in charge of the sci-tech novelty retrieval.The author of this paper proposes some measures to urge the clients to pay great attention to the sci-tech novelty retrieval so as to bring the functions of the clients into full play.
