摘要
近几年,腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤剔除术(laparoscopic myomectomy,LM)治疗子宫肌瘤成为一种趋势。本文就其适应证及禁忌证、术中及术后面临的问题、4种最新辅助技术及与其他3种治疗的比较做一综述。
In recent years,the treatment of hyteromyoma by laparoscopic myomectomy(LM)has become a trend.In this article we review its indication,contraindication,the problems existing during the operation and postoperatively;we also make a comparisons among the 4 kinds of newest auxiliary technique and other 3 kinds of therapies.
