摘要
目的:建立氢化物发生-电感耦合等离子体发射光谱(HG-ICP-OES)检测人尿砷含量的方法,为地方性砷中毒患者尿样中痕量砷的测定提供一条更便捷、灵敏的途径。方法:采用正交试验选择仪器最佳工作参数;探讨氢化物发生条件的影响因素;对该方法进行相关分析效能评价,并与二乙氨基二硫代甲酸银(DDC-Ag)法进行比对。结果:该方法检出限为0.21~0.53g/L,定量限2.1~5.3g/L;在10~500g/L范围内,砷浓度与等离子体发射光谱强度线性关系良好(R>0.9995),灵敏度(标准曲线斜率)为8.90±0.78;相对标准差在0.42%~1.73%之间,加标回收率95.67%~105.77%,检测结果与DDC-Ag法比较无统计学差异,且检出限更低,灵敏度更高,线性关系更好,精密度区间更窄,回收率范围更可靠。结论:该方法灵敏度高、准确性好,可用于地方性砷中毒患者尿中总砷含量测定。
