摘要
通过ANSYS有限元分析方法,对高速转盘进行静力分析及模态分析,结合优化设计理论,得到高速转盘最优的尺寸结构数据.以高速转盘的尺寸结构为设计变量,其最大冯密塞斯应力及一阶模态为状态变量,冯密塞斯应力的标准差为目标函数,通过优化应力变化达到最小.
