摘要
从体育教学的角度 ,对学生运动归因方式与体育活动情感障碍的关系做了多维的分析考察 ,提出了通过归因训练提高学生自我效能水平 ,克服体育活动情感障碍 。
From the view of physical education,this article addressed the relationship of sport attribution style and the exercise attitude of students by several aspects and at several levels.By the means of reattribution training,the article pointed out the tentative ideas and the way of enhancing the physical exercise self efficacy and boosting the positive exercise attitude.
