摘要
文章分析了H08Mn2SiA盘条的组织转变特件,结合生产实际研究了该钢中出现异常粗大贝氏体组织的原因。结果表明,吐丝温度过高造成形变奥氏体的形变被削弱并发生再结晶长大,及随后中温区缓冷不足是产生异常粗大贝氏体组织的主要原因;形变未再结晶奥氏体缩小贝氏体转变区,有利于形成F+P型组织。
To analyse the feature of structure transformation in H08Mn2SiA rod. With consideration of the workshop practice, to study the reason for the appearance of extremelly coarse bainite in this steel .The result shows that excessive spining temperature decreased austenite deformation, induced recrystallization growth and unsufficient mid - range cooling resulted in appearance of extremelly coarse transformation microstructures.
