摘要
根据 1999年 6月全国教育工作会议精神 ,深入研究了大学生素质教育中创新能力和实践能力的培养问题、创新能力和实践能力的重要作用。
Based on the spirit of the National Educational Work Conference held in June, this paper presents an in-depth study of cultivating the innovative abilities and practice abilities in the students stuff education process. The paper deals with the important roles of innovative abilities and practice abilities, the questions and status quo in cultivating the students abilities and many aspects of cultivating students innovative abilities and practice abilities.
