摘要
目的 :观察高压氧 ( hyperbaric oxygen,HBO)、常压氧 ( normobaric oxygen,NBO)治疗前后一氧化碳中毒昏迷大鼠小脑组织中 SOD、MDA的变化。方法 :建立实验性 CO中毒昏迷大鼠模型 ,采用羟胺氧化法、硫代巴比妥酸比色法分别测定各组大鼠小脑组织匀浆中 SOD、MDA的水平。结果 :HBO治疗有效恢复了小脑中 MDA水平 ,HBO3次治疗效果更好。 HOB1次治疗和 3次治疗均有效地恢复了 SOD活性 ;NBO治疗对 SOD活性、MDA的作用不显著。结论 :HBO治疗拮抗了 CO中毒致大鼠小脑组织中的脂质过氧化反应 ,而 NBO治疗无此作用。
Objective:The purpose of this study was to evaluate the difference between hyperbaric oxygen(HBO) and normobaric oxygen(NBO) when they were used to treat carbon monoxide poisoning rats by the levels of SOD and MDA in rat cerebellum.
