摘要
在室内条件下 ,对斑节对虾 (Penaeusmonodon) 仔虾耐受低盐海水能力的实验研究结果表明 :全长 12mm的仔虾在每天递减盐度 10 % ,2 0 %和 30 % 3种条件下 ,其LC50 下限盐度为 3‰~ 4‰ ,存活时间分别为 11,5和 2 5d .较大个体 (全长 17mm)的仔虾其耐受低盐的能力更强 .
Based on the experimental studies, the adaptability to lower salinity in postlarvae of Penaeus monodon is carried out under laboratory conditions (fed with nauplii of Artemia spp and Moina mongolica (cladocera), water temperature 28~29 ℃, aeration continuously) Results show that with salinity decreasing in the rate of 10%, 20% and 30% every day from 15‰, the lowest limit of salinity for 50% survival rate of postlarvae (total length 12 mm) ranges between 3‰~4‰, and the larvae can survive for 11, 5 and 2 5 days, respectively The older larvae (17 mm in total length) may stand lower salinity than younger ones The mechanism of tolerance to lower salinity of this kind of prawn and its significance in culture are discussed
