摘要
为了研究用藻类技术调控生态结构和化学环境 ,通过在脊尾白虾 (Exopalaemoncarinicauda)池中接种小球藻 (Chlorellapyrenoidosa)观察了水体浮游生物和和化学环境的变化 .结果表明 :接种小球藻可以明显改变水体浮游植物、浮游动物群的组成、数量、比例及生物量等 ;为虾提供藻类及动物性食物 ;同时 ,还可以降低水体的氮、磷浓度 ,增加溶解氧 ,从而调节水体的化学环境条件 .
In order to study on using alga technology to regulate aquatic ecological structure and chemical environment, the experiments were conducted through inoculating Chlorella to observe the changes of the aquatic plankton and chemical environment in Exopalaemon carinicauda (Holthuis) ponds.The results showed that inoculating Chlorella in the ponds could obviously change the composition, amount,ratio and biomass of the plankton (phytioplankton and zooplankton);supply a part of the algae and zooplankton feeds for the shrimp;and adjust aquatic chemical environment due to decrease the concentrations of N and P, and increase the dissolved oxygen in the pond.
