摘要
对 2 0 Cr Mn Ti钢表面的非线性振荡现象进行了观察和分析 ,指出材料的化学成分和表面应力状态与这一现象有直接关系 ,出现非线性振荡的局部区域其显微硬度明显低于其周围区域 ,并对材料的脆性产生直接的影响。这种现象可能是固态合金表面存在的一种普遍现象。
In this paper,the non linear oscillation pattern phenomenon on the surface of 20CrMnTi steel has been observed and analyzed.There is a direct relationship between this phenomenon and the composition and surface stress state of the material.The hardness of the partial region where non linear oscillation occurs is obviously higher than that of the other region surrounding the oscillation region.The phenomenon affects the brittle property of the material directly.This phenomenon is maybe prevalent on the surface of solid alloys.
