摘要
论述了在催渗剂作用下 ,温度和氮势对 40 Cr钢氮碳共渗后的组织和性能的影响。结果表明 ,在共析温度以下进行催渗氮碳共渗 ,化合物层随温度升高而增厚 ,致密性提高 ,渗层深度和硬度增加。提高氮势 ,化合物层致密性增加 ,渗层深度有所减少 。
The effect of temperature and nitrogen-concentration on the structure and properties of the nitrocarburized 40Cr steel under the action of osmosis-accelerators is discussed.The results show that when the accelerated nitrocarburization was carried out below the eutectoid temperature,along with the temperature rising,the thickness and tightness of the compound layer increased,and the deepness and hardness of the nitrocarburized layer also increased;Along with the nitrogen-concentration rising,the tightness of the compound layer increased,the deepness of the nitrocarburized layer reduced,and the hardness of the nitrocarburized layer increased with temperature.
