摘要
高岭土是一种重要的非金属矿 ,广泛应用于国防、航空航天等领域 .我国煤系高岭土资源丰富 ,但在高岭土精选除铁方面技术水平还比较落后 ,导致高岭土产品质量档次低 ,普通土市场饱和 ,高档土尚需进口 .为解决这一难题 ,在总结分析大量国内外文献资料、深入研究矿物晶体结构及表面性质的基础上 ,分单矿物、人工混合矿样及实际矿样 3个步骤分别做了不同参数的分选试验 .试验结果证明了双液浮选脱除煤系高岭土中铁的有效性 。
As an important non metallic mineral, kaolin is widely used in national defence, aviation and spacecraft spheres. China has abundant resources of kaolin occurring in coal bearing formations. However, because of the backwardness of the country in the beneficiation technology for iron removal from this kind of kaolin, the product is low in quality and grade, having difficulty to gain access to domestic market, and high grade kaolin has to be exported―a bottleneck which has to be overcome. Based on the analysis of both domestic and overseas data, in depth study on crystal structure and surface property of kaolin, intensive experiments were made on kaolin concentration with different parameters and 3 different samples, i e. anhydroferrite, artificially mixed anhydroferrite kaolin and kaolinite. Test result well demonstrated the effectiveness of dual fluid flotation method for iron removal from kaolin. The optimum concentration parameters are presented in the paper.
